HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer

Position Summary:
The HSE Officer is responsible for enforcing safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety at DALPCO’s facilities and project sites. This role ensures compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports with recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations.
• Liaise with management to ensure HSE practices are integrated into project planning.

Qualifications:

• Certification in HSE practices (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
• 3+ years of experience in health and safety roles within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001).
