Position Summary:
The HSE Officer is responsible for enforcing safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety at DALPCO’s facilities and project sites. This role ensures compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports with recommendations.
- Maintain compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations.
- Liaise with management to ensure HSE practices are integrated into project planning.
Qualifications:
- Certification in HSE practices (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
- 3+ years of experience in health and safety roles within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Knowledge of safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001).
