Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will identify new market opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the GCC and African regions. This strategic role involves negotiating high-value contracts and representing DALPCO’s solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a growth strategy focusing on markets in the GCC and Africa.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution for acquired contracts.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and monitor post-sale satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business development within the construction or aluminum fabrication industry.
- Strong networking skills and familiarity with GCC and African markets.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
