Business Development Manager – GCC & Africa

Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will identify new market opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the GCC and African regions. This strategic role involves negotiating high-value contracts and representing DALPCO’s solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focusing on markets in the GCC and Africa.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution for acquired contracts.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and monitor post-sale satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development within the construction or aluminum fabrication industry.
  • Strong networking skills and familiarity with GCC and African markets.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
